1/2 LB SWEET POTATO AND BRUSSELS SPROUT HASH

Hand-cut sweet potatoes and quartered brussel sprouts tossed in olive oil, sea salt, and fresh ground pepper. Roasted till crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Add bacon, garlic aioli, or both!

Heating Directions:


Oven (recommended):
425/450F. Place on oven safe cooking tray and cook for 10 minutes rotating and tossing half way through.

Stove Top: Heat saute pan on medium heat. Add hash and toss for 3-6 minutes until heated through.

Microwave: Place on microwave safe surface. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Cook until heater through.

Add to protein of choice or enjoy by itself!
